- A high-risk use requires an additional legal opinion, arranged with a lawyer from the network

Contractual commitments
- A written scope before the price After the diagnostic, the proposal describes the lots, what you receive and the calendar. The price is fixed per lot and does not depend on hours spent.
- A delivery every week You watch the system move forward in your client portal. No three-month wait before the first demonstration.
- 40% at order, 30% at design sign-off, 30% at go-live That is the payment schedule set out in our terms for a project, unless the quote says otherwise. A diagnostic or a single building block is paid on order, by bank transfer or card.
- Subscription terms Care and Partnership run for twelve months, then renew; either side can end them with 60 days' notice. Growth has a six-month commitment, then continues monthly.

Yes, by the transparency obligations: it must state that it is an AI and offer a handover to a human. The pack delivers the notices and checks the journey.
Staff AI literacy expected since 2 February 2025 and eased by the July 2026 Omnibus, transparency for chatbots and generated content since 2 August 2026, new prohibitions from 2 December 2026, high-risk systems from 2 December 2027, and from 2 August 2028 for those built into regulated products.
