Exact scope
- One hour; beyond that, an Express Diagnostic or a Strategic Diagnostic
- Can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the call
Deducted from a Strategic Diagnostic ordered within the month.
Contractual commitments
- A written scope before the price After the diagnostic, the proposal describes the lots, what you receive and the calendar. The price is fixed per lot and does not depend on hours spent.
- A delivery every week You watch the system move forward in your client portal. No three-month wait before the first demonstration.
- 40% at order, 30% at design sign-off, 30% at go-live That is the payment schedule set out in our terms for a project, unless the quote says otherwise. A diagnostic or a single building block is paid on order, by bank transfer or card.
- Subscription terms Care and Partnership run for twelve months, then renew; either side can end them with 60 days' notice. Growth has a six-month commitment, then continues monthly.
