Your client space fits into an icon on your home screen. You follow your projects, documents, invoices and conversations with the team, and your phone tells you as soon as something moves. Installing takes ten seconds and goes through no app store.
What you do in it
Project tracking
Each project shows its stage, its milestones and the next date. You know where the work stands without writing an email.
Documents
You upload a file from your phone, find the deliverables and approve what is waiting for you.
Invoices
Invoices and quotes are there, with their status and a payment link where one applies.
Messages
One thread with the team, instead of a conversation scattered across three inboxes.
Notifications
The app tells your phone when something changes on your side. You choose what alerts you, device by device, and switch off the rest.

Installing
iPhone and iPad

- 2Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
- 3Choose Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- 4Open the app from its icon and sign in once.
Android

- 2Tap the Install button above, or the menu then Add to Home screen.
- 3Confirm the installation.

Desktop

Common questions
Do I need the App Store or Google Play?
No. The app installs from this page in one step. It updates itself, with nothing to download.
How much room does it take on the phone?
A few megabytes. The app does not carry your data: it displays it from our servers, hosted in Europe.
What happens with no connection?
The app opens on the last screen you visited, with a banner saying the data is from your last connection. Everything refreshes as soon as the network returns.
Are notifications compulsory?
No. They are offered when you install, and set afterwards inside the app, type by type and device by device. You can switch them all off and keep full access to your space.
Can my colleagues install it too?
Yes, with their own access to your space. Each device sets its own notifications.

Your credentials were sent when your space was opened. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will send them again.
