A signed deal stays due even if you leave the network. If a client pays in three instalments, the commission follows the same rhythm. No paid amount is ever clawed back.

The figures below show the mechanism, not a promise: volume depends on the campaigns running, and pay is released once the client has paid.
A closer who also sources their own deals earns 20% on those. A Senior adds two points to everything.
