How we measure

A written starting point
Before building, we record the starting state: cost per lead, processing time per file, enquiries received per month. No starting point, no result announced.
- 02
Measurement tools in place
Conversions tracked in Google Ads or GA4, site events, timed tasks: the result comes out of a tool, not an impression.
- 03
A comparison over the same length of time
A before and an after of equal length, with the same definitions. A high-season month is not compared with a quiet one.
- 04
Validated by the client before publication
Every figure published here has been reviewed and accepted in writing by the client. Until then, the case study reads “figures to come”.
What we do not publish
- No figure without the client's written consent.
- No rewritten testimonial: quotes are reproduced as published.
- No logo or client name without permission.
- No average computed over hand-picked cases: each figure stays attached to its case study.
